Support and contact¶
Racecraft is small and founder-led — your email lands in the same inbox as the people who built the product. The fastest way to get help, request a public event, or send feedback is to write to us.
How to get in touch¶
- Email — ollie@racecraftlabs.com. Fastest for support questions, public-event requests, and anything account-related.
- Instagram — @racecraftlabs. Best for quick questions, sharing footage, and saying hello.
- Website — racecraftlabs.com.
What to include¶
For support requests, including the following speeds things up:
- the email address on your Racecraft account
- a one-line description of what you were trying to do
- what happened instead
For public-event requests, see the checklist in Requesting an event. The shorter version: title, dates, WhatsApp group invite link, reference run footage.
When to expect a reply¶
Same-day on weekdays, usually within a few hours. For event-day emergencies — a leaderboard that's stuck during a live race — flag the urgency in the subject line and we'll prioritize.
Bug reports¶
If something looks broken in the app or on the docs, send us:
- which device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 14, iOS 17)
- which version of the app (visible on the account screen)
- a short description and, if possible, a screenshot or screen recording
For docs issues — broken links, unclear pages, missing topics — the same address works.
Feedback¶
We read every piece of feedback we get. The product is shaped by what riders, coaches, and event organizers tell us isn't working yet. If something annoys you, please write — that's the most useful thing you can send.
